“Race and the Fragility of the Legal Distinction Between Juveniles and Adults”

In this new study by Stanford postdoctoral scholar, Aneeta Rattan, and her colleagues (including Jennifer Eberhardt) participants were willing to sentence juvenile offenders more harshly when they envisioned the juvenile to be black.
